my untouchable one
whose fingers clutch
my elbow in dreams
whose breath catches
lip bite sighs
from across the sea
whose chameleon eyes
change with the passing
of the sun
my untouchable one
it is you the thief
stealing thoughts
creeping serenely
into a clenched soul
releasing with
siren songs as
birds of prey
swirl behind my peaceful
eyes
my untouchable one
there is a place and need
for you.
