Mon Coeur

An ebony reflection
Your body; an ovation
So silent
You defeat your purpose
Do not fret, my dear friend
My hands are only around
Your neck
Now you speak
No.
You sing.
With a voice of nickel and longing
You are so bright
So hollow.

Not bad I really like the line that kevin pointed out too. Nicely harsh. but tell me are you refering that your hands are wrapped around a black womman that you are about to make love to... good job

Pleading for life, Steph? Life suddenly seems wonderful when death lingers on the horizon. I hope this is fictional.....
