'They just supply it ' the people are the only ones who can control how they're used. For all we know, some guy can use them to hunt squirrels.'
'What the hell kind of person have you ever seen shooting squirrels with a semi-automatic? That's such bullshit.'
Eric shrugged. 'My cousin Jeffrey does.'
Matt stopped for a moment and put the Swiss-army knife down. 'Wait, that guy with the tattoo of Julia Roberts on his...?'
'Uh huh.'
He tilted his head for a moment and kept carving. 'Oh, shit. Didn't they put him in an asylum last year?'
Eric shrugged and threw a chunk of snow at Matt's back. Matt flipped the knife shut and grabbed a handful of snow. 'Oh, no... Matthew... Matt, no! Ack!'
'You are so dead!'
Eric let out a shriek as Matt chased him down the street, the half-carved name on the tree left forgotten.

This short story is interesting and held my interest. I found that I wanted to know more about these characters. I am also wondering where you were going with this character?
