randomness (an open ended stroy)

RANDOMNESS (an open ended story)

They walk side by side, trying hard to be on their coolest looks. They could pass up for cool all right, but they're just too young for my flirting. Claud, Flo, Byran, Tot, and Stephen. Such stuck up wanna-bes, but I am very flattered though. Those graduating elementary boys, imagine them trying to hit on me, a college frosh, someone way out of their league. Although'¦ Stephen could be worth the wait. I just wish I'm still his type when he's already ripe for the picking.

I sat there on the park's bench with crossed legs. I wore a miniskirt on purpose; they deserve to see a little piece of my skin considering their efforts to impress me. Plus the fact that those five are best of friends, it might be very hard for them to compete with each other. Now that they had arrived to the meeting place I had set, its time to spill out the fun.

'So here's the thing guys, Let's play a game. Whoever wins will have a date with me this Sunday. Who's in? And who's too girly to chicken out?'

Those little naughty boys smiled, well, except for Stephen. He's really interesting, you know, very snob and mysterious. But he told me he likes me though, only that, he's just so much of a prideful little fellow for his young age to be touchy-feely sweet.

'So look now, little Stephen is like to chicken out.' I teased. 'Buck, buck-buck-buck-buck.' Flapping my arms like wings.

'Hmp, Am not.'

'Yes you are. Chicken'¦'

'Am not.' He was looking away. He can't look in my eyes. 'I just think it's so juvenile. What do you think of us, your toys? Oh well, just go on. I'll play along. As if I got a choice.'

Haha. I told you so. Stephen isn't so showy of his emotions.

'So, here's the thing. Tell me anything that you like about me. Let's start with you Claud.'

Claud gave me the 'are you serious' look, but in spite of his freckled face and thin body, he is game on everything. 'I guess, I like your hair, your eyes, your lips, your sexy figure. Everything about you.'

'U-huh, that figures. Ok, Flo, your next.'

'I like your voice. Not just your singing voice, also the sweetness of it when you talk.' Flo said while the wind tousled his messy-nesty but oh-so-turning-me-on black hair.

'Mine would be the same with Claud, but this I guess would be better. I like your jasmine smell. So nostalgic. And so'¦ hypnotizing. Makes me want you more.' It was Bryan's flirty talking. He looked like the most athletic of them all, with that nice physique he has.

Tot, looking handsome with his blonde hair and blue eyes thought for a while, but immediately thought of a catchy thing to say'¦ 'I like to touch you bebehh.' Which rather, made everyone, excluding Stephen, laugh.

'Omg. That's so funny. Ok, let me count on that. Even though it's a desire, maybe even an unreachable dream, let it be'¦haha' there was a sudden pause to catch a breath after laughing, and I continued'¦

'And let us see'¦ how about you little guy? This is a must-hear.'

We then look at Stephen as if waiting for the announcement of the winning ticket of a hundred-million raffle draw. He just looked away, and looked very pissed.

'Ok then. He is out.' Bryan blurted out hastily and tried to get Stephen out of the way.

'Hey, Bryan, don't you dare push me out. I have something on my head, and it's not for you people to know.' He said sarcastically. With his spiky white hair, he looked so cool and punk rock. I was shocked when he approached me and whispered something in my ear. I was close to tickling, and what he whispered made me smile in a sly.

'Ok. He's still in the game guys.' The other 4 grunted, as if getting the clue of whom I favored among them. Stephen remained expressionless. He looked so manly and defiant.

'So, here are the rules. Listen for I'll tell you this just once. I repeat. Just once ok?'

Stephen sighed sarcastically, while the rest nodded excitedly.

'We will be hanging out in my home together for the rest of this day. And according to all your answers a while ago, here are you corresponding conditions: Claud, you are not allowed to see me. Blind fold yourself or something. Flo, you'll be deaf for the meantime, stuff you ears with cotton or whatever---'

I was disrespectfully cut out.

'---Or if you want, we'll help you stuff it with ear wax. That is, all our ear wax rolled up and gathered together.' This time, Tot was a total jerk. No one laughed.

'Stop trying to make us laugh Tot. With that, you'll hands will be handcuffed and tied from your back. And you Bryan, pinch you nose forever. Breathe from your mouth. And you little punk'¦' I was referring to Stephen'¦

I approached him and whispered in his ear his condition.

The other four guys were on the verge of protesting on why I have to whisper to Stephen his condition, but I immediately spoke to prevent them on complaining'¦ 'So, guys, whoever lasts the longest while doing his condition will win, your price is a date with me on Sunday'¦ plus a moment of what you said you like about me awhile ago'¦'

'That's unfair! Tot could touch you when he wins!' Flo exclaimed. The three smarter guys thought of something more unfair, that of which Stephen unknown answer and condition.

'Well, that's how life goes. You just have to be sure you win. Just think of it this way'¦ you strive more to win because of the thought what Tot or the others could do to me.'

And so, no more arguments were raised. The boys were like tamed puppies on leash, following my lead towards my house to who knows what could happen of the game. Now, all were frowning, doubting if they still want to continue; well, except for the other one always excluded, out of the common guy of the five.

Ooh clever! It's basically good but there are a lot of gramatical errors in there that make for difficult reading, like

'With that, youâ??ll hands will be handcuffed and tied from your back.'

Your hands will be handcuffed and tied behind your back.

Plus you change the tense an awful lot, even in the same sentence. It could be a fantastic story with a little work
