Lust At First Sight
She wasn't like most girls. She sat in the back of the class, she never smiled, and she never talked. But for some reason I fell in love with this little angel. I remember staring at her small figure all day and everyday she went to class. Her eyes were so blue, her skin was so pale, it was like I was staring at an angel.
I was attractive, I knew that the other girls in my class liked me, but that wasn't uncommon for their age. I had several love letters on my desk when I walked into school everyday, all from different girls in my class, but never any from her. I knew I had to talk to her, I just didn't know how.
The recess bell rang and all of the class crowded around the front door, I stared at her from the corner of my eye, she didn't budge. I knew that this was the day, I was finally going to be able to talk to her.
The rest of the class left and I stayed back, staring silently at her. She didn't look up at me, I smiled, she was so cute when she was advoiding me. I cleared my throat to try and grab her attention. She didn't look up at me, I sighed deeply as I took my first step towards her.
She didn't look up, she continued to stare silently at her desk. I cleared my throat again, this time her blue eyes connected with my brown eyes, my pants started to grow a little tight as I stared at her. I cleared my throat again before speaking, saliva and mucus some how clogging my throat.
"Aren't you going to recess?"
She shook her head. I sighed, a little relieved but curious.
"Why not?" I asked kneeling down in front o her desk.
She shook her head, this time her face didn't come back to me, her eyes fell to the white tile, her hands clutching at her skirt.
I smiled warmly as I placed my hand on her knee. "It's ok you can tell me."
She shook her head again.
"I won't tell anyone I swear."
She looked up at me, her blue eyes blood shot, she had been crying. She opened her mouth but nothing came out. She closed it again and cleared her throat. I waited anxiously, wanting to hear the love of my life's voice.
"I did something bad." She whispered, her voice as like an angles.
I smiled at her, and ran my hand through her hair. "What did you do bad?" I asked hoping that she didn't urinate on herself, I didn't want to have to deal with that janitor again.
She shook her head. "No, if I told you, you would be mad at me."
I shook my head, my smile never fading. "No I won't, I promise." I put up my hand to prove I wasn't lying. She shook her head again before looking up at me.
"I..." Her voice trailed off. "I think..." She took a deep breath. "I love you." She finally gasped out, her eyes turning away and her body shaking with sobs.
I kneeled their startled, but my smile never leaving. The girl continued to smile as I tried to get over my shock. I grabbed her shoulder and pulled her over to me, putting her in a tight hug.
"It's ok." I whispered as I rubbed her back gently. It's ok..." I tried to get my mouth to whisper the words I love you too, but it just wouldn't come out. I finally pulled her away, gently wiping the tears away with my finger.
"I'm sorry." She whispered pulling her face away from my hand, wiping the rest of her tears away. "I shouldn't have said anything." She continued to cry.
I held her close running my hand through her hair, gently taking in her scent. "It's ok, I..." I took a deep breath. "I love you too." I finally gasped out, feeling a weight lift off my shoulder.
She pulled away from me, her blood shot eyes staring bullets into me. "You do?"
I nodded, "I do."
She smiled. Boy did she have a beautiful smile.
"Now you can't tell anyone." I whispered glancing at the clock. "We have to keep this a secret."
She nodded, blushing.
"Ok, good. Now let's go to recess before the other teachers get worried." She nodded again.
"Ok, teacher."
