A Season in Love

The moon weeps on the city below
The sun hides his mortal eyes
They see through you, you know,
See through your bleak disguise

Flowers used to bloom for you
Smile when you passed
I also used to bloom for you
But summer doesn't last

I sleep with winter dreaming of
A heart that doesn't soar
December has no time for love
So I don't love you anymore

Equating ourselves to the sun and moon. Darkness and light as love come and gone. Good idea's. Short and sweet.
