Without You
Nothing is as good as when I am with you.
The air is no longer sweet
when you leave me standing alone.
Without you; nothing matters and everything is affected.
My body aches for your touch again,
And my mind can't process
without hearing your distinct voice.
Envisioning you out there living your life
and thinking with tossed emotions;
I want to know what you're thinking.
I need to know before I get tangled
in my flustered tears and silent muffled screaming.
My eyes pinched shut,
everything black, but my head
processes images of how you must feel
and how I long to fix it
but can't without you.
What is there but frustration-
but it's all worth it.
Because without you- I'm nothing.
I am what I am because of you.
Because of your words and motivation,
and caring eyes that make me feel worth something.
No one understands what it's like
and how I feel for you.
No one knows you like I do
I just wish you were here now.
I'll make it better with prescription kisses
dosage in passion.
Anything that you need, is within me,
For our love is what picks us up,
threads us together with delicate red lace
and bond with emotions of truth,
forever it will stay.
