Summer Day

He sat on the huge rock, staring at the lake in the distance. The water glimmered under the sun, and so does his skin, that was covered in layers of water. Droplets of water drip from his hair, down to his chest, before they slid down back to where they belong. He looked at the boy fondly. He had liked the boy for a while now, starting in mere fondness, then developing into a full-blown love.

The boy in the lake turned towards him, and gave a rather lopsided grin. He waved, splashing water everywhere, and motioned for the other boy to come over. The sitting boy smiled, and got up.

He could never say no to a friend, as usual.
