I'm changing,
Transforming completely.
That that is my life'¦
Becoming a dark sea of shadows'¦
Uncertainty.

A bewildered mind of ideas, desires,
Laziness.
A complete area of ill-equipped brain cells
Moving sluggishly around, searching for answers,
A shortcut to glory.
Willing to surpass the pain, blood,
Stopping before a drop of sweat is shed.

I'm falling off the cliff,
Feeling misplaced'¦
Like a person who's played life by ear with ease and
Only a few unnoticeable mistakes'¦
Up until now'¦
When one must learn through hard work,
Studying and late nights of labor,
To comprehend the musical notes fully, through and through
And learn to prepare oneself
For the sight-reading exam.

Better be on your p's and q's'¦
