Identity

A party
During Mardi Gras-
Like a normal day at school'¦
Identities dissolve together and
Emerge to become anew.

Different in variations,
Like shades of the perfect sunset.
It is a party,
A masquerade-
Invitations for those in need
Of an adequate disappearance
Or rather,
A chance to melt
Cleanly into nothingness.

More escape. More hiding. Your school sounds cool if it's like 'A party during Mardi Gras'. Mine's more like a dentist appointment during a public execution.
