CAT GIBBERISH

CAT GIBBERISH A poem
By Gary Starta

Blue Eyed Cats are out in the hall
They have no desire to go to a mall;
Humans take pleasure in fulfilling their whims
while cats feel no pressure to sink or to swim;
Cats live a life that is nonchalant
with no human envy, they cannot be bought;
A single purr and their mind is astray
cause it's not on their dime if they go or they stay;
cats are smart pets, there's no truer phrase
they manipulate their masters who don't know they're slaves

yes this poem is very cute. i too was sucked in by your gorgeous avatar and drawn to read about cat gibberish. i have to disagree with "gibberish" though - it all makes complete sense to me :>) there are things i'd do for my cat that i wouldn't do for any human, but then she's my astral anchor.

As haven been owned by cats all my life, let's just say I loved this poem---actually at one point we had a tad too many cats--a problem my mother created--now I'm owned by Kissy and Pyewacket--and yes, Pye is a black cat
