magic little butterfly

My magic little butterfly
You are my drug
You are my sin

All I need is to bring you to my lips
To inhale your scent
And my magic journey begins

I run naked through green jungles
Disguised as my animal spirit

I plow through cold blue oceans
Schools of fish part before me

I soar across grey skies
On feathered wings of gold

Never wanting to come down to earth again

My magic little butterfly
You are my drug
You are my sin

wow.. this is pretty darn good. these lines are so catchy: You are my drug/You are my sin

the repetitiveness helped, though i'd still remember it even if it were written just once. this poem made me smile today. hahhaha. :)

I also liked the reference to earth, water, and sky.. what a tightly written poem, ken.

thank you for sharing.
