Caramel Frappacino Venti
Heart racing,
fumbling, tearing,
straw unwrapped.
Frozen, sweet and heavenly,
it is to sample your loveliness.
Drawing deeply,
cheeks fill with joy.
Verily is there a word
greater than love?
Searching deep,
I find only one.
Coulds thou be Frappacino,
beloved above all?
Half slurpee, half coffee,
a hybrid refreshment
to tantalize the tongue
and freeze the brain.
How sweet the cold pain?
Damn you Starbucks,
evil Empire of our age.
Damn you to hell.
Please may I have another?
