Inter-Office Memo
Your increased work-related activities here have brought us some concern.
We'd like to think that the "Outstanding Leadership Award" that was recently given to you came with an understanding that any and all work performed here will go unappreciated and uncompensated. The assumption of anything different is an insult to the company's credibility.
Let us remind you of the team of insubordinates we employ specifically for the purpose of performing any and all actual work that you are trained to delegate amongst. In the event where improper delegation is suspect, we will be forced to step in and hold said insubordinate(s) completely responsible for the short-comings of your department.
In the event that we become witness to the fact that this award was given under false pretenses based on your exposition of any substantial work-ethic that may be evident in your daily routine here, we will have to take action, and possibly remove the award from the freshly-painted wall in your new office.
For the more serious offenses, such as neglecting "My-Space" during working hours, failing to threaten your co-workers with physical violence daily, ignoring the needs of your part-time endeavors, and/or going more than 3 consecutive days without openly questioning the sexuality of your team-mates....termination will be a unavoidable.
CONSIDER THIS YOUR FIRST WARNING!
