you came lotus posed
under my
satin dreams
personalized message
fom the heavens
as they shower forth
lilacs
reproduction of the Gods
karmic revelation
deity of unknown origin
I am Mara, Eve's misrepresentation
with arms multiplied
in case you slip my grasp
once again
my love reincarnates
Sidhartha
I kiss you once again
under my bodhi tree

You've got a wonderful sense of tranquility and peace at the core of this poem. Well done. |

| wow! i felt the same way as hulshizer did about the first stanza. i just love it! the idea of lilacs raining..sigh.. so romantic. i'm all jelly-gaga inside. this is going on my shelf. |
