Sober Confidence

The inebriation has henceforth passed through my body and a flood of emotion
takes control. Its grasp takes my breath away and claws at my inner strength.

Lush and green and sick to the top,
I know this is my new confidence and I won't let it stop.

A crowded room, a familiar face ' I run up to you and I know my place.
I take your scarf and wrap it around you and pull you in close, we are in
public and have to be discreet, gently I kiss the bridge of your nose, and you'
re in awe at my heroic feat.

By far this is the hardest, most personal thing I've ever written.
Overcome with emotion with adoring, longing, love, I am smitten.
I wait to hear your voice it calms and warms me like a mitten.

The confidence of a drunkard is the closest thing to the sober truth.
It is now that I will delve into the depths of the darkness recess of my
thoughts. This place has no name, it has no key'在ut when I'm with you it's
called Heaven and you hold the deed. I can hide and discern from the truth, I
can bar the door and never think. Simply you pass through the strongest
threshold, and the yearnings to hide thrive in their mutinies. It's easy to
see, but hard to say, it's the worst to hold within and soon I hope the best to
affirm.

The ground you grace I long to appraise.
'地nd the tears you weep I long to replace ' reface with smiles.

The words you say I long to hear.
'地nd the pain you endure I long to absorb ' transform into pleasure.

The smell of your hair I long to savor.
'地nd all that frustrations you I long to relieve ' succeeded by tranquility.

The touch of your hand I long to appreciate.
'地nd the trembles of your fears I long to halt ' according with strength.

The depths of your eyes I long to wade.
'地nd the aggressors I long to vanquish.

The future is ever going and never ending'夷t's impossible to know what emotions
will remain and what will flourish. It's impossible to know if our paths of
emotion will even remain constant. But as of now, I see a possible future, and
it does include Heaven. If only I had the patience. If I were never to say it
I would regret it. If I were never to admit it, I would be lying. I think
about you constantly and long to share the same air with you. Although,
present feelings can change'在ut I don't see that happening ' it's as if the
emotions are carved into my soul.
