Invisible

Still and yet moving,

Silent and yet screaming.

I am a ghost in this world,

Passing unseen through time and space.

I fade in and out of reality.

I walk through crowds being invisible.

I walk silently and mysteriously.

I pass by you constantly,

And yet I stay hidden.

I am quiet and withdrawn,

Never showing my true self.

I am invisible to others,

Because I choose to be.

I am a social outcast,

Never talking nor stirring.

I stay hidden within my shell,

Because I choose to be invisible.

So why do you try and set me free?
