Transparancy
I stretched myself so thin
I became transparent -
a wispy emanation of what I
used to be,
a hazy remnant of my past.
And all I could see was
the gravel through my feet as
I ran my last lap
around a moment
in time
that I'd much rather forget,...
and each mysterious part of me
was as clear as clear could be,
no hiding
that which I hoped
no one would see.
