Chained
Holding onto the chains and
Swinging, Swinging.
The chains they hold me close
Their cold a lethal dose
Why am I tethered here?
That answer is what I fear.
Holding onto the chains and
Swinging, swinging.
I can't really make it too far,
I have spent life inside a jar.
I'm so used to all the eventless days,
Just shading my eyes from the suns rays
Holding onto the chains and
Swinging, swinging.
Thinking its time to take a chance,
Imagination begins to dance.
There is so much that I could do.
Perhaps time for something new?
Holding onto the chains and
Singing, singing
My heart is finally free
I can now finally see
My blood begins to pump
It is now time to Jump
