See you again

Since it has happened I see you every day
Every time I close my eyes there you are,
But you are always dead,
Just the way I last saw you.
I've lived with you and loved you for 32 years
But you only come to me dead.
I'm hoping the more I close my eyes
The more I dream one day I will see you again
The way I knew you .
