My old notebook is full down to the last line
On the last page
I look back at the erase marks
Wondering what I erased
As I move on to another notebook
I think about the old
The things I wrote
And then I think about the new
Seventy blank pages and a pen in front of me
My mind sparks with creativity
Soon every page will have a story to tell
Telling in its own way
Every word makes its own sentence
The sentences make the page
The page multiplies to make a notebook
