Do What You Have To Do

Gracefully I stumble along my path
I can feel the pangs of my heart's wrath
For a moment my eyes go blind
Now it is my path that I cannot find
Lost admist a swirling blaze
I find myself lost in this maze
The walls tower above my head
I hear the voices, but I don't remember what they said
Clouds of confusion cloud my soul
To rise above it is my only goal
I don't know when I lost my way
But I cannot give up, I cannot stay

So I must retrace my steps
And get back to my life
This isn't over, this isn't right

Something is waiting for me, I can feel it
It burns deep inside, a flame lit
I must meet my destiny, my place in life
But like I've said, it's a perilous strife

I shall push boldly on and never look back
This is my time to shine
My time to make an impact
