What is a friend?
A friend is someone who is always there
Through thick and thin
In the bad times and the good
A friend is someone who wont judge you
Someone who accepts you no matter what
A friend never turns their back on you
And never tries to change who you are

What is a friend?
A friend is someone who will not lie
Cheat or steal from you
Friends fight, but in the end are friends again
Because if a friendship ends, then it was never meant to be
True friendship is hard to come by
But when found, it lights up life

To know friendship is to know life
To know life is to know love
Love is what we are all searching for
It is this pursuit that keeps us on our paths
We must never stray or falter
We must stay strong in our convictions

Life is a test, one for which we cannot study
The one way to ace this exam
Is to employ the love of our friends
With that on our side, we can never fail
