In My Garden

In My Garden

In my garden
You will find
The wind whispers
Peace of mind.

In my garden
All things will grow
Love, happiness, and beauty
As the feelings flow.

In my garden
You will see
All these special things
Mean a lot to me.

In my garden
We are safe and warm
The sun always shines
There will be no storm.

In my garden
We will sleep
Under stars
Where secrets keep.

In my garden
You will hear
Silence and stillness
Pushing back fear.

I will never forget our trip to the rose garden and how beautiful it looked as the rose bushes were just pushing past the ground. It all looked so new and there we sat in the cold breeze as if in a world of our own. That is what love will do.

That is one of the best poems I have ever read. Of course, I know the target rather well :) It's beautiful, hon, and one of these days, we'll be in a garden where we can think about it :)
