Does it fit
In one moment
In one glimpse
In one light
You change
In one age
In one gleam
In one mind
You change
In one frame
In one smile
In one look
You change
In one door closing
In one, heart shutting
In one, tear falling
You change
In one memory
In one, pondering
In one cigarette
You change
In one hollow kiss
In one shallow caress
In one take
You change
In one feeling
In one thought
In one night
I change
Take off that ring that binds you
That listless sin of misery
Take off that cloak of shame and unforgiveness,
And put on the one of a murderer
that shows no mercy;
In one,
you seem to wear so true.
