This is Just to Say (to You)
Homage to William Carlos Williams
I am looking
at life
pearly
and bright
and I took
a bite of it~
I make
no apology
it was
amazing~
so sweet and
so warm

This is a very meaningful piece. It's short and sweet, just like life itself. There is never a need to apologize for taking a bite out of life. The sorrowful act is if you didnâ??t take a bite out of life. Keep biting at your hearts contempt, and never let anyone tell you any different.

| Thanks, I choose to bite the sweet and spit out the bitter. This poem is actually a tribute to William Carlos Williams' poem, "This is Just to Say"....if you read that work you'll see the parallel. |

| This was an interesting little poem. Fortunately, you never bit into the bitter, cold fruit of reality. |
