Candle

Flicker from your stem of light,
Extinguished by a blow,
Shadows that your flame creates,
Melt slow with heated glow.

Short, sweet and beautiful. I love how this poem is so simple, yet it creates such a vivid image.

I see this as a symbolism for life itself..."extinguished by a blow"..."melt slow with heated glow"....simple but deep....loved it.
