What the H to the O I care

Rejection again
Across my face
In a mole's hole
My butt is sore
So is my ego

A pinch of hope
Dash of confidence
Then walk again
Head held up
Perhaps fall again
But the hell I care

I will try another publisher...

"In a mole's hole" maybe I'm stupid, but I don't understand this line.

Loved everything else. It's the way all writer's must be, in my opinion.

Nice one, Hazel. I loved the conciseness of your poem. Keep sending em out, keep looking. :-)
