Are you there?

Your voice timorously trembles
snapping stony silence
in staccatoed rose-pipe bursts.

The manic monkeyz howl
in cellularized space with each lie.
Shardz of truth
betray your weary wordz.

Your run for morning paperz
promised endocrinic rapture
yet ceded certain crash.

Now you call in hazy waste
as your wordz drift 'long
tweeked towers of
panicked paranoia.

Rehab vows void
as monkeyz claw the door.

Your voice stutters silent
as your soul slips
into frenzied freeze.

I close the shell
and curse the cold.
