Foxgirl & Ostrichboy

A final fling in a world of hurt
Of cabaret, of greed
You're fresh out of mystery, bent out of shape
You don't want what you need
But here comes the cavalry, funtime and revelry
Here comes a volunteer
To love you true, to love you afterwards
To laugh at all your fears

One thing they can't take away from us
The rock they can't destroy
The crazy, limping, grounded love
Of Foxgirl and Ostrichboy

It never changes, it just gets dirtier
Think before you hesitate
We've got the clothes on our backs, we can fire at will
We have LA Law, we have Liverpool 8
So let's be devotional, tired and emotional
Let me keep you warm
I'll give you comedy, I'll give you roses
I'll use chloroform

One thing they can't take away from us
The rock they can't destroy
The crazy, limping, grounded love
Of Foxgirl and Ostrichboy
