Beautifully Broken
I've given in to all of your demands
The benefits are purely physical
If not id gladly ask you for your hand
Wishing for magic can't think logical
Conjure me up some of what you're smoking
No doubt, it will help me escape my life
I see all the effects when you stop toking
No, matter what we are still in this strife
You claim love but would gladly walk away
I'm sure you have someone else on the side
I'm building up my strength for that day
When I can tell you the things, I confide
On this paper, I write as my heart dies
And from the ashes a phoenix will rise.
