Fetching

(an excerpt from Subconscious Still Frames)
Copyright Edward Palmer

Witness to a rose walking
Do eyes and energy deceive?
Static between two balanced magnetic poles
Pulling and repelling
Enough to remain still.
No movement, but silent screaming minds.
To swim in her fertile valley
To encompass his being
To breath as one.
A unity of primitive actions and evolutionary explorations.
Unlocking suppressed knowledge of eons of human experience,
All in the midst of a fire in the garden
Started and extinguished in the thoughts of
Four eyes
With two intentions
And one action,
either taken
or lost.
