God's Loving Angel
Twenty years ago
Was the last time you were on earth
Cause a wonderful woman named Mommy
Had once given you birth

You were a beautiful baby
With a red tint in your hair
For you to have to die
Doesn't make life fair

Why did the doctor
Have to mess up that day
Cause for what he caused us
There's nothing he can do or say

Nothing will ever solve the problem
Cause you will never be here
But whenever I am in trouble
I always now you're near

That must have been a horrible year
The year of nineteen-eighty-seven
But I will always know you're watching me
From the place above called heaven

You're watching down on me
Every step I take
Why can't this all be a dream
And everything's fine when I awake

People say I took your spot
So does that mean I'm you?
You must have been a talented person
Cause of all the stuff I'm able to do

I wonder what it would be like
If you were here first
Would I even be here?
Would I even have been given birth?

There's nothing we can do
Cause what happened is done
But on your tombstone
We put your 'God's Loving Son'�
