Poetry.

Sigh...I couldn't write a poem to save my life! I just...can't. Never could. Even if I try, telling myself, "Okay - it's time to write a poem and I'm gonna really do it this time!" - it always somehow turns into a short story, or something like that. You'd think it'd come naturally...meh, ah well. Just thought I'd get that off my chest. ^_^

Maybe the universe is telling you that you're meant to be a writer of short stories, and not a poet. :)
I say run with it and enjoy the ride whereever it may take you.

Well, whatever you can do. I'm better at poetry because I like it and I've been trying to write them for years. My early work was God-awful, but I, at least I hope, have improved. But if you're better with stories, hey, you can do something. And anyway, it is my observation that most people would rather read a story than a poem (sad as that may be).
