viva che

i remember when

those dark

shadows of

our enemy

clouded over

our noble land.

i remember

i remember.

the swine.

the peasant.

the sickle.

i remember

the days,

those long

hot summer days

in the fields.

now i see

these cloven feet

monsters

reaping the wheat

they do not sew.

i remember

King David.

His sling.

asainst the moster

goliath.

i remember

when few

stood against many.

i remember

the days we

were once

free.

i remember.

we laughed.

we sang.

now the wolf

has come.

trying to steal our

flock away.

i remember.

i remember.

our crook.

it shall be used against

us. until

we seize

our land from these

demonic hoardes.

they

will kill our flock.

steal our grain.

rape our land.

murder our children.

i remember.

we said.

not our enemy dare

trample our immense fields.

not do their black wings dare

fly over our motherland.

here they are now.

commrades.

we must banish them with a bullet

to the brow.

i remember

how just so many were free.

how just so many

would gladly

give their lives to

preserve

freedom.

where are those

so many men now?

dead.

to preserve

our freedom.

our fascist

enemy has come.

i remember

how our

meal used to be

our own.

i remember.

i remember.

Very nice flow, I'm getting that its a historical comparison to the present, is that correct? It's dreamy, a voice from the past. There are a few spelling errors, but "sew" could be a play on words, bringing together rather than planting. Good read.
