Life it left me today
It told me not where it was going
Just left my heart
A void all that remained

I tried asking why
No answer came forth
Walking from my skin
Hapless, helpless

Come back I yelled
Life she ignored me
Kept on marching
Left, right, left

Knew not what to do
Buried my mind
Searching for answers
Alas, to no avail

Life it left me today.
Please
Come
Back.
