A little time...

All the blood that has been spilled,

Bodies broken against their will.

All the lives that we've lost,

How much does it really cost?

All the children left alone,

No place left to call their home.

All the parents that have cried,

Watching as their children died.

Have you nothing left inside?

Stop the hate, Stop the crime,

We only have a little time...

short, sweet, and to the point. I couldn't agree more.

I loved this. I found it can relate to past and present times.
