Do You Like Me... (Please Check Yes or No!)

So, I keep sticking out my tongue at the girl in the desk next to me, but she doesn't seem to notice.

So I try the usual note; you know
'I like you, do you like me, blah, blah, blah' and the same response'

She just keeps giving me visual wedgies (which, if I was older I might appreciate).

So I stick gum in her hair and she starts crying. What a baby. She still has most of her hair'

...on one side.

So I resort to the final straw. What do you do when you try to get a girls attention and she just keeps ignoring you?

Punch her in the stomach.

She's still laying there'

but I think she's warming up to me.

LOL! This brought me back to first grade, when my mom marched into school one morning to confront the classmate who was turning my arms black and blue with pinches. Turned out he was tormenting me because he thought I was cute! I can still see the terror in his eyes as my fire-breathing Mama descended upon him.... *giggle*

This is quite a story in few words but one in which most of us have gone through. Your structure was easy to read through and your satire was amusing. Well written and I felt sorry for the girl... but that is how young, young love begins. Boys are quite different than girls and you showed that in this story. Did she punch you back after she got up?! lol Humerous and brought me back to grade school when life seemed so easy but hard to understand.
