She soars on wings among the clouds
as swiftly as the wind allows
Along the ocean she dips her foot
and feels the water between her toes
She glides above the city's grasp
to watch the people down below
and stops to dance on a gentle branch
and rest a bit before she goes
Her secret smile is never broken
Save for moments of secret thought
She lives for life and every second
The world gives chase, she won't be caught
