then there was light
on a war between
wrong and right

brothers and sisters
its a country of the unknown
founded on purpose
and equality shown
to the rich man

an idolatry
of the damned soul
a church of greed
stemming back to
the days of old

one where seminaries hold
an x-rated theme
and they're killing us softly
with their immoral schemes
holding its hand out
for a collection deemed
fit for a king

one that's wanting more and more
a fancy car
for her to adore
and anything shiny
they can score

you got the midas touch
now swallow it down
cause you don't remember
it was your body they found
in the gutter of your dreams

big plan
big schemes
got paid
big things
money rolls

what is
the status of your soul
it was lost
you aint whole

but don't worry son
maybe you didn't have one
and luckily its replaceable for
a small sum

just put your share on the plate
it's a easy decision
don't negate this holy vision
The Trinity of : I, me and mine

where the god you pray to
is most high
on the economic scale
he always prevails
against the weak
its the monetary way
you gain to seek

not the elevation of your spirit
anything less than 6 figures
you won't hear it

what about those
bible beaten fiends
what do they got
but a promise and a dream

of one day to come
where paradise reins supreme
when the dollar aint nottin
but a thing

when was there light?

when the one
most high got a clue
that man does right
only by a few
the ones who can afford
a point of view

who wins the war
between wrong and right?

the one with the biggest check
in the collection plate
that is our life
