Time Travel

Time Travel

By: Adrian Campbell

in all of the world and for all of all time
I sit and wait for a girl to find

one thats nice and also intelligent
one that I've haven't already fell in love with

the passengers pass and ask for true solitude
she could be sitting so close, she's right next to you

and she wouldn't even really know
until you look over and say, "hey there! hello"

fate is a destiny that isn't easy to find
especially when your travelling and lose track of time

it's something so precious and rare in its' own
it's like flying through air when you haven't ever flown

but when I see her face I know this is pure bliss
I just hope my love for you could one day flourish

so I pray to the heavens that you'll remember me
we read the same books; I love Stephen King

time has no effect on love, when it's from the heart
plus time feels so long when we are apart

I'll never forget, even though we only met for a second
you are more beautiful than all of the heavens

for the "flight built on emptiness"

Lines 7-10 are my favorite. Fate and destiny have no meaning if we don't go out and make things happen, even if it's just saying "hello" to a complete stranger. Nice post.
