Dragon's teeth...
But how in the world are we going to acquire Dragon's teeth, and I don't even know what wolfs bane is. Do you Peverall?'

As I finished reading you, a gust of wind sliced through the crack of
the barely open window, bringing sounds of a distant dog barking impotently at the storm, I ripped the mouse cable from its socket and ran silently into the night with just one purpose in my heart. To speak with the dragons before dawn.

Laurie, forgive me (or turn me into a newt) - punctuation edit:

??Sarah, what was it she claimed to need again??

??Wolf's bane... and ... Dragon??s teeth. But how in the world are we going to acquire Dragon??s teeth? And I don??t even know what wolf's bane is, do you, Peverall??

"Well, yes, it??s a powdered potion that ? but I already have wolf's bane."

"You do? Really, you think you know a person..."

Please forgive me - and that's not a perfect edit, just mine. Oooh - when did I acquire a tail?

K.

P.S. Good story - made me smile.

Looks like we took a similar take on it being an ingredient. Nice read, Laurie. Thanks for sharing.
