curse love

Curse love that i do forbid
this one and only dark angel sings
poison escapes her deceiving mouth
that hisses like a snake to a deceptive ear

The sound of her voice ecstasy
but the words that do flee from her
mouth is a false exsistance
there is nothing such as this uncertain being
as cruel and vindictive as an evil fiend

And what does she take me to be
but a puppet with strings
and the words that flee do stings
it's hard to banish this cursed love from my heart
until i am able to banish you from my mind.

Interesting how the things that drive us can be the things we fear and loathe the most. Very introspective.
