'THE VOICE'
The voice echoes,
With in my mind.
Screaming repeatedly
For me to run
Until I collapse.
My feet heavy
With the fear of loneliness.
The voice becomes
Louder and louder
With each passing moment
Run Kris Run
Get away from all the pain
That has been done.
I pick up the gun
In a plea to myself
To make the voices stop.
A Finger upon the trigger
The voices screaming
I cannot make heads or tail
Of their true meaning.
No more voices,
All thoughts ceased.
My body lays there
Finally I am released.

Wow great poem- I think you captured the hopelessness well. Though it was a sad poem it really kept you reading to the end to find out what happened. Stay Happy :)
