The End

It's getting the shakes
waiting for its next dose
Crawling toward the wall
to beg again
pleading for relief
curling up to find some shelter
angry at the world for
its denial
and if it could vomit
it would
instead
meeting each chamber
is the same poison that
makes it as sick
as it does healthy
and it's good reason it holds itself in pain
For as my head is finally satisfied
my heart,
my heart
stays hungry
screaming and bleeding
all over again

is it "if it could vomit" or is it supposed to be "if I could vomit"? i like it with "it" better, it shows a distance. maybe that only makes sense to me. I like this alot. by the way, thanks for the comment on mine.

Nice imagery: meeting each chamber is the same poison that makles it sick as it does healthy." That sums up the pleasure and pain of addiction right there!

"and if I could vomit I would" is such a good line.
