feelings of doubt
fill my mind
visions of earth
so far below me
hovering over
flying high
looking down
on life
like an angel
watching over
her most prized
possession
a session
in self reflection
how can I be more?
how can I settle
the score of being saved?
we pave such a long
twisting road out of
uneven rock
as the clock ticks
we knock on
forevers door
looking for more
feeling ignored
by the almighty
so we fly
escaping
wanting the high
chasing dragons
looking for soul
