Before Your Time. Karjon's wee 150 word challenge

Lights flashed in my rear-view mirror. Red, blue, white. Was that white or a reflection? Ooh, it sparkles. The lights danced in a crazy line, left to right, right to left--like my driving--bursting, flashing like paparazzi cameras. They shone through my back window, onto my windshield, reflected from my rear-view mirrors, and cavorted in the air. The red and blue and white flashes popped into my vision here, there and everywhere. I watched them grow and grow until they burst. Colors ran down my mirror like drool in neon hues. From somewhere a noise nudged my senses. Without realizing what I was doing, I pulled over and stopped. The white lines in the road came together, then parted. I followed the lead and stepped on the gas. A voice yelled 'Hey, stop!' I smiled. A friend. I stopped and watched the figure in blue with the shining, winking star approach.

A very good story of experience or imagination! I like it very much. Really expert on word choice! Too much for me to learn! Best wishes.

Hmm...I couldn't grasp the concept of this one...Is the writer runnng from the law for some reason and decided to pull over from sudden impulse?

Or was the writer a simple run-a-stop-sign victim?

"I watched them grow and grow until they burst" This line grabbed my intrest for some unknown reason...I think that you should maybe elaborate slightly more on this line, as in my mind it doesn't make as much sense as I think you intended.

All in all I think it was well writen for being a meer one hundred and fifty words short...

You are gifted...

ha ha ha! A funny look at a not-so-funny situation. Liked the playful imagery. Enjoyable read.
