The Anarch and the Automaton
The Anarch and the Automaton
Conceived from rebellion, I bring change.
Tempered from steel and forged in flames.
Conformity, the word of the deranged.
I'll tear it all down, Anarch is my name.
Fall in line and do as you're told.
Individuality is left behind.
Rebellion is a word for the bold.
I am weak, mute, deaf and blind.
Cloned existence has me enraged
From mediocrity, you must be saved.
I must release you from your cage.
Brother, submit to the uniform age.
To the hive, we are enslaved.
Heed not the words of the rebellious sage.

| I think you've got a good eye for atmosphere and this kind of reads a bit like song lyrics. You seem to have a strong point to put across. |

â??To the hive, we are enslavedâ??.
This line conjures a lot of imagery Damien. I like the overall tone of the piece. It has a resonance that speaks to the reader...
Cheers :) |
