How I came to know your poetry...

There was a time before you were,
where I existed.
It was said that one half a whole can't make..so,
She opened her room (womb) once more.
It began with your inception,
filling me, giving me direction,
but, for my own design alone you are not.
Thus, you went looking for your poetry.
How can I survive?
I lament, all the while accepting my slow desent.
Out of lonely, slowly searching.
Finding no one of a caliber worthy.
Then I became aware of you poetry.
Thinking you seperate, I made a fool of our souls' design.
For we are forever forged and fastened,
banded together through this time.
A realization..
It gave me freedom to love complete,
It's how I came to know your poetry.

Beautiful lines here Rachel.

Just a thought to clean up the flow.

'filling me, giving me direction'...
may work as well.

But I do think this is tops... well done. :)
