When silence ends

Shadows fall amongst the moments left
What do you see when the end is only a heartbeat away
Cling yourself on the memories that made it all worthwhile
Or embrace those who gave them to you.
Carefully searching for the words to be remembered by,
Tears of lost crying over you

this is kind of the "what will you see at your own funeral" thing, very nice idea. I would change the last line, only because I think the tears in poems thing has been done a lot. Consider emotion captured =D

I hope that when my time comes those who gave me the memories are there so I can embrace them.

very nice take on 'your life flashes before your eyes'. I very much enjoyed this.
